I have a good track record of buying, refurbishing & selling houses in East Sussex. I try to complete the works in 12 – 16 weeks.
A couple of examples are:
- Bought at £201k spent £15k & sold it for £255k profit = £39k
- Bought at £210k spent £8k & sold it for £275k profit = £57k
I love doing it so I thought I would show others how to do the same.
The idea is to show people how to repeat the process until they have enough money to buy a house for himself outright or maybe get to a position where they can build a portfolio & acquire some buy-to-let properties. This is also known as BRR buy, renovate, refinance.
